YEOGIEOTTAE, a great place to work that we all make together

The barometer of a good company to work for is YEOGIEOTTAE

YEOGIEOTTAE believes that happy employees can design happy trips. If you plant beans, beans will grow, and if you plant exciting employees, a good company to work for will emerge. Planning a ‘trip’ that will lead to the highest happiness index requires even more positive energy.

YEOGIEOTTAE received a commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy in the job creation category at the ‘2022 Great Workplace Awards’. Thankfully, I received positive reviews about the company culture, including its horizontal communication culture and reasonable compensation. In addition, there are many proud examples of awards that encourage the company's efforts.

  • 2017, Silver Award in Work-Life Balance Excellent Company Contest (Gangnam Employment and Labor Office)

  • 2017, Selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor as a government award for job creation ‘Job creation support sector’

The representative system is ‘All-Hands Meeting’. The company transparently shares various issues and achievements worth celebrating. There is an event once a month in which all employees participate.

We cover a variety of topics, from cute concerns of employees such as “Can’t we add warm soup to breakfast🥣?” to topics that we were curious about but couldn’t easily ask executives.  We regularly explain important details, such as plans for each business department and management direction and goals.

Of course, there are a variety of welfare systems that increase satisfaction, such as material support such as desk supplies for an immersive work environment and a 37-hour work week. Not to mention breakfast and lunch, which are more hearty than at home.

As much as I enjoy and enjoy working, I will return a lot of joy to my customers, business owners across the country, and communities in need. Please watch us grow!
